555pk Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "555pk" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 555pk.app, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 555pk platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the 555pk platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The word "including" means "including without limitation."

To register and maintain an account on 555pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any bonus funds.

555pk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for that decision.

555pk is required to conduct identity verification on player accounts as part of its obligations under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit the following documentation at any stage — including before your first withdrawal or upon reaching defined deposit thresholds:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Pakistan.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation document demonstrating that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or crypto wallet used to deposit belongs to you.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period — typically 30 days of a verification request being issued — will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the affected account. Continued non-compliance may result in account closure.

555pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the table below. All PKR transactions are processed at face value. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain or payment network.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. 555pk does not permit withdrawal to a different wallet, account number, or individual than the one used for the original deposit — this policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects all players on the platform.

• A player must wager the deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a minimum activity requirement, separate from any bonus wagering requirement.
• 555pk reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals requested during public holidays in Pakistan may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours for PKR methods. Crypto withdrawals are processed continuously.

555pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs10,000. The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited or it will expire automatically.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded, have pending KYC requests, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.

• Abuse of Bonuses: 555pk actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play with other accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.

All casino games offered on 555pk are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available from the game information panel within each title.

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined at the moment of play. No action taken after a game round has commenced can alter the outcome.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault, 555pk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round will not be honoured.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in real time and are recorded on video. Results are final once the dealer announces the close of betting for that round.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body for that sport or event. In cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the ICC are the recognised governing bodies for domestic and international fixtures respectively.
• 555pk reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or market at its discretion if it determines that the integrity of a fixture has been compromised, if a manifest pricing error has occurred, or if relevant information was not available at the time of market creation.
• Winning bets that 555pk reasonably suspects were placed with foreknowledge of an outcome (match-fixing, insider information) will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555pk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage — including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in casino games or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to 555pk support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 555pk platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your account using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limits.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 555pk staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 555pk platform — including but not limited to the 555pk brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game assets, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 555pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555pk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any 555pk content.
• Distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 555pk content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 555pk software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 555pk's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these terms and may give rise to legal liability.

555pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any inaccuracy in odds or game information resulting from a technical error, where such error is identified and corrected within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 555pk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

555pk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555pk will provide reasonable notice to players via an on-site notification or email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

555pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legally binding request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.

You may close your 555pk account at any time by submitting a request via live chat support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method within five business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 555pk's international gaming licence is issued.
